I was very proud to mark Universal Children's Day today by personally acknowledging the incredible work of our partners like the Missing Children's Network, and to announce a new initiative that our government is taking to further assist parents and children in need. Our children are our most important resource, and our government is doing our utmost to protect, to defend and to shelter them.
